Prayer Focus is a gathering of people before our morning Church Service on a Sunday. It is a chance for people to come and pray as part of a group. There is no pressure to pray 'out loud', quiet reflection is still important to God. Noone is put 'on the spot' and it is a relaxed time for meditation.
